The Just Carter Gourmet Box menus include a selection of our most popular cold menu items. The Gourmet Boxes are designed for your convenience and can be delivered to your door. All you need do is lift the lid and serve.
Menus delivered in these boxes include cold canapés, buffets and dessert canapés. Perfect for outdoor events; working lunches; small family gatherings. We can also provide this service with lunch or dinner menus for you, complete with full instructions, giving you full control over the meal, winning all the praise but without the mess of the cooking and preparation time!

I started in 1991 in New Zealand as a young chef at the Auckland Opera House. I then went on to Australia to work in various trendy restaurants and cafes.
Having caught the travel bug; and with being curious about new food, I came to the UK where I worked with many talented chefs at various venues throughout London and the surrounding counties. Events included some of the most prestigious livery halls, race courses and stadiums: The Royal Albert Hall, Royal Ascot, Henley and Lords Cricket Ground, to mention a few.
My travels then took me to back to New Zealand to Paratiho Lodge a Relaix & Chateaux Hotel, where I worked as the Executive Chef for a while until I was given an opportunity to visit a small, private island in the Maldives called Dhoni Mighili and head up a small team.
This was a very private affair that allowed me to focus on creating the perfect menu, using food which was flown in from around the world. From here my passion brought me back to London and start the next chapter in my life.

Just Carter offers you a choice of service, from just supplying a chef to a complete package. We only use the best quality ingredients, equipment and the most professional staff to deliver your event or party to highest standard. This ensures that your requirements are not just met, but exceeded.
Just Carter can arrange everything from crockery, cutlery and glassware to marquee hire and event design in fact, everything you need for a successful catered event!
Just Carters staff are trained to the highest standards and it is their professionalism that ensures your event runs smoothly and efficiently.
We can also supply a cellar menu and advise on beverage and quantities to suit your event. Beverage charges are on a consumption basis, so you are only charged for the beverages that are already opened.
If you would like to supply your own drinks, we can provide a beverage service option including glassware hire, bar table hire and setup, linen tablecloth, ice & containers, supervision of service staff, setup & breakdown of the function and removal of garbage.
We know time is precious to most of our clients so we are more than happy to discuss your private catering in full at your home at a time convenient to you. Carter will discuss every detail and requirements to ensure everything is covered so that you can relax, enjoy and spend time with those all important guests.
Bookings are subject to a deposit and are required a minimum of 5 days notice. Any change within the 48 hour period before an event is subject to a 100% charge.
Our Menus are bespoke for every occasion.
We charge for the chefs time at a fixed rate, then the cost of the meal includes one waitress, equipment, delivery and service. However this is based on maximum of 10 guests.
Parties over 10 will incur additonal charges.
